The North Texas Groundwater Conservation District serves Collin CountyCooke County and Denton County. 

MEETINGS

The District has cancelled the August 9, 2016, BOD Meeting.  

The District typically holds Board meetings at 10:00 a.m. on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.

There is currently a $100 registration fee to register your well for all wells and for new wells a $100 Well Driller Log Deposit is required before the application can be processed.
These forms can be printed and submitted to the District by mail, fax or email.

FEE SCHEDULE: 

Click here to download the District's fee schedule. July 19, 2016, the Board of Directors approved the rate schedule for 2017. The rates were established as follows: $0.10 per 1,000 gallons for all non-exempt wells, except for agricultural wells, which will be charged a rate of $1 per acre-foot (325,851 gallons). This is the same rate as 2016.
All non-exempt wells must be registered and have meters installed immediately.
