Well registration has now started. You can register your existing or new wells by either printing the forms or visiting the registration website.

On October 11, 2011, the Board of Directors approved the 2012 budget and a fee schedule for groundwater produced by non-exempt wells in 2012. The rates were established as follows: $0.10 per 1,000 gallons for all non-exempt wells, except for agricultural wells, which will be charged a rate of $1 per acre-foot (325,851 gallons).
All non-exempt wells must be registered and have meters installed no later than December 2011.
